Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to initiate a return

• If the return is due to a defective product or incorrect shipment, we will cover all shipping costs.
• For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Return processing

If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
