Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to initiate a return
To start a return, you can contact us at be.ua.com@gmail.com or write to us through our Contact Us page. We will provide you with the address for returning the item.
- If the return is due to a defective product or incorrect shipment, we will cover all shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Return processing
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Abuse prevention
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet the return conditions, such as being worn, damaged, or missing original packaging. If we detect patterns of abuse or misuse of our return policy, we reserve the right to refuse future returns from the customer.
