Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to initiate a return

• If the return is due to a defective product or incorrect shipment, we will cover all shipping costs.
• For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Return processing

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:
